Store Policy
We appreciate you visiting and shopping with The Ink Zone, LLC by making a purchase you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of our policies and terms (Please also see Privacy Policy and Term of Service.)
Orders
The Ink Zone, LLC does not accept returns. Requests for exchanges, reports of errors or damaged items, or any other requests for order changes must be made within 3 business days of the delivery date. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out!
Any shipping changes or requests that need to be made to an existing order should be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Any request made outside of that time frame would be to the discretion of the company if it could be honored.
Orders are unable to be edited once made, therefore a new order would have to be placed if an item is looking to be changed, added, or removed from an order. In these cases, as long as the order has not been fulfilled and/or shipped, we will accept canceling an order outside of the 24-hour window, but only once a new order has been placed by the customer.
Shipping
Unless otherwise noted, orders are typically processed to be packed and shipped out within 7-10 business days. The time frame doesn’t take into consideration the time in which it takes to get the order delivered to you from the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The pricing of shipping costs are not regulated by the company, but instead dictated by the current USPS rates which will take the weight and the shipping destination to determine the price.
The shipping method in which you choose does not change or affect our company’s current fulfillment time. Selecting any priority or expedited shipping will be upheld and guaranteed from the shipping carrier and the company is not responsible for the package not being delivered in that time frame.
We as a company are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please file a claim with USPS using your tracking number. Our company will assess the appropriate solution to any delivery issue.
Returns/Exchanges
EXCHANGES will be subject to a processing fee of $15 per item. Please email theinkzone@outlook.com in order to receive exchange instructions. Please ensure your order is correct BEFORE checking out!
If an item appears to be missing from an order, we will immediately address the mishap by resending that item as a top priority. Missing items need to be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
Packages that are returned to the sender (The Ink Zone, LLC) will be refunded; shipping charges will not be refunded.
The Ink Zone, LLC operation hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM – 5PM. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or National Holidays. Our Customer Service is available Monday- Friday, 10AM – 5PM. Please allow 24 – 48 of our business hours for an email response.
Pre-Order Shipping Policy
What Is a Pre-Order?
Pre-order items are pieces that are not currently in stock and are made or secured after your order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste and produce more intentionally.
Processing & Production Time
All pre-order items require a production period before shipping.
- Estimated production time: *Business Days* between 3-4 weeks.
- This timeframe begins once your order is confirmed.
Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary due to demand, material availability, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Timeline
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped within 7-14 Business days depending on the product.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Orders Containing Pre-Order & In-Stock Items
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:
- Your entire order will ship together once all items are ready.
- If you’d like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place separate orders.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, delays can occur. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email with an updated timeline.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because pre-order items are processed quickly:
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of your purchase.
- After this window, we are unable to guarantee changes.
